Eligible for products received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Opened/used products cannot be
refunded. Process: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos. Refunds are
processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Return Shipping: Covered by us if the error is
ours. Otherwise, customers cover shipping costs
